If each person is your group is paying for their shirt individually, we strongly reccommend using our revolutionary order page ordering feature. You can set up a free page at www.shirtandsimple.com. Using this page, you'll be able to post your product online and allow members of your order group to submit payment from anywhere they can access the internet! This way, you never have to collect, handle, or be responsible for any of that money! If you are paying for your order with one credit card, simply use our simple shopping cart after design your shirt in our new online design center!

What if I don't want to create my order page myself? |
No problem! We'll happily do it for you. We can create order pages for you, take care of a quick order, help you design your product, add special products and promotions to our site for you, and even add your friend's email addresses to your invitation list (if you're using our order page e-vite feature).

If I've Setup an Order Page, how do I get people to it? |
| Our strongest reccomendation is to use the invitation feature offered on our site. This system not only sends out initial invitations to those who you choose to invite...but it also let's your friends know of any changes you make to your page, your password if you've password protected your page, and most importantly, sends them alerts when there are only two days and then one days left to order your product! Using sites like facebook, myspace, and word of mouth are also encouraged! If you need any help getting people to order on your page....contact us and we'll be happy to help you out! |
What if I have problems placing an order? |
| Ordering on our site is commently secure and confidential. We take your privacy and security very seriously and have implement some strict creditcard verification 'checks' in our shopping carts. Every once in a while an organizer (or someone in their order group) might have a problem checking out. We'll almost always contact you if this is the case, but if you want immediate help, please feel free to Contact Us for customer support! Rest assured...we'll make sure you get taken care of! |
What if someone in my group can't or doesn't want to order with a credit card? |
| While most people are completely comfortable ordering online, we know that some individuals may, for whatever reason, have reservations. If someone in your order group does not want to order online and you are using our order page feature, simply have them give you cash, and order for them! There is no cost to you in doing this and you save a trip to the ATM! We also allow members of your group to mail checks to Shirt and Simple. Just have them contact us to let us know they money is coming and the size they want and we'll order for them that night! |

Do I have to us the design center? |
| While we strongly reccommend using the design center, it isn't required! You can setup an order page or place an order without using the design center by contacting our design team directly. Did you know that you can also use our design center to pickout a product and color, and then simply add artist instructions. It truely is the best way to communicate with our team! |
How do I contact the design team? |
| Our design team is a compilation of professional artist and designers from cities all over the country! If you live in an area where we offer our service locally, you can go in to meet face-to-face with a designer if you wish. Everyone, however, can communicate with a member of our professional team via phone or email! The deisng center is the most efficient way to communicate with the team, but additional information is also available at www.shirtandsimple.com for contacting the designer in your area. |

Can I have my product shipped to me? |
| Yes! Shipping is included at no extra cost for users in locations where we do not have print partners. If you are ordering from a Shirt and Simple location (Iowa City, University of IL, Madison, etc.) local pickup is encourage. Even in these locations however, shipping and delivery can be arranged for little or no extra cost! Please contact us for details! |
I live in a Shirt and Simple Location... How do I Pickup my Products? |
| If you created a Shirt and Simple Order Page, your customized apparel will be ready on the day you specified as your preferred pickup date. You can pickup your products at our local print partner during their business hours.
